Main topic of Germany’s annual national conference about STEM (MINT Zukunfskonferenz 2017) was “STEAM” – transdisciplinary approaches to develop STEM interests in children. The importance of the event is illustrated though the facts that the venue was the German’s Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy and also Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel gave an introducational note (via video).
Sandra Schoen (Salzburg Research) did a presentation about maker project that enhance our world towards a better place – digital social innvoation with children and teeanagers at the eEducation conference at the Interpaedagogica faire in Salzburg (Austria).
